The Arc'teryx Delta SV glove keeps your hands warm during a wide variety of activities. The lightweight insulation is fortified with Wind Pro fleece to reduce the wind-chill factor on your hands. An articulated fit wraps hands in warmth whether starting the car in the morning or getting an early start on an approach. The smooth finish slides well into bigger gloves when the Delta SV is used as a liner.

Bottom Line: You've got to hand it to Arc'teryx their gloves are awesome.

warmer than I thought!

Love these gloves. Warm down to single digits and they cut the wind pretty well. Only negative is that they are slick and don't grip things well. Good thing that doesn't matter to me. Impressed at the quality.

Good buy

I love these gloves. Great look and very comfortable. They tend to lose their warming capabilities at around 25-30. They're great for blocking the windchill though.

I agree: not as advertised. These are more like thick liners, or would be good for exercising but not good alone -- and it's only November!

Comfy, warm

Picked up the Arc'teryx Delta SV Glove a couple months ago. Paired with the Arc'teryx Gothic Lightweight Gloves they're super warm. Great for 15 degree mornings in the car. A little bit of grip on the palms and fingers would have been nice though. Would do well for layering under some oversized gloves.

Excelent pair of gloves.

By:

After searching for a pair of gloves that were not only warm, but also form-fitted to my hand so I don't have some bulky insulation that would get in the way of tasks that require a good amount of dexterity, I found the Delta SV Glove. I must say that Arc'Teryx makes some excellent gloves and I think I am going to stick to this brand for my future gear.

Awesome jogging gloves

By:

For the price, I was hoping for something a little better, but otherwise I can't complain. I wear these for running outside in pretty low temps, and they're the best I've ever owned for that purpose. That being said, I don't think they're quite warm enough for hiking in the cold. Would need to get an accompanying shell for that...

No regrets

I bought these to keep my hands warm in northwest Montana. They did the job, and because they fit well they didn't get in the way. I thing these would combo well with some ski gloves, too. Like the reviewer below says, there's no special grip material, so care should be taken when using while driving.

Not as thick as they appear in the photo still good gloves but I was hoping for something a little more substantial.

Great gloves

These are warm breathable gloves though somewhat windproof. While they won't keep your hands dry when exposed to water they still retain thermal properties when wet.

Nice and warm, and give you great dexterity. Classic Arc'teryx fit and quality, well worth the price.

Good Multifunction Glove

By:
December 4, 2007

I am very pleased with my Arc'teryx gloves. I was looking for an everyday glove to wear to and from work in the city, and I also wanted to be able to use it as a base layer glove when I am up in the mountains. It is thin enough to work as a glove liner, and the fact that it is windproof makes it perfect for wearing around the city. My only complaint is that the grip is not great when driving, but it is no worse than any other glove that does not have rubber grips specifically for this purpose.
