A tight that truly goes fast-and-light.

If you need a super-lightweight running tight with a precise, tailored fit, the Arc'teryx Women's Cita Tight will fit the bill. Crafted from multiple panels for a fine-tuned fit, this tight's ultralight, stretchy Altavela fabric will wick and dry in a snap. Mesh panels at the lower leg let perspiration ventilate quickly, and a gusseted crotch allows completely unrestricted mobility. Stow your car key in the hip pocket, and enjoy extra visibility at night thanks to the tight's reflective trim.

The best in tourniquet tights

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Be either encouraged or warned that these are very effective "compression" tights, born of the fad that maintains -basically -that one encourages blood flow by impeding it. As with high-tech running shoes (I wear five-fingers), I believe that we humans were rather exquisitely designed by millions of years of natural evolution to run gracefully and efficiently. These tights just plain hurt...I'd rather run naked and freeze my ass off. (On the plus side, they are for the same reasons flattering to that portion of anatomy. :)

Arc'teryx Cita Tight - Perfect for morning power walks

These tights have kept me super warm during my workouts without making me sweat. Now I don't have any excuse not to exercise, even when it's cold out. I am 5'9, 130 lb and I'm glad I didn't go smaller than a medium.

26 degrees and windy? NO problem in the Arc'teryx Cito tight

I took these suckers out for a morning run today and could not have been more comfortable on a chilly winter morning. I didn't layer over them but can easily throw something over them if it gets even colder. They move great and without constriction. I am super picky with the fit of waistbands on running tights and these did the trick- didn't fall down, didn't dig in to my waist and were comfortable the entire time. I'm 5'7, 124 and the medium fit perfectly.
