Warmth for the backcountry.
The Arc'teryx Men's Cerium SV Down Jacket features both 850-fill goose down and Coreloft synthetic insulation for the backcountry bounder who wants to stay warm no matter what. Down insulation provides incredibly lofty warmth without the weight, and Coreloft helps retain the jacket's warmth in wet weather. Arc'teryx coated the shell with DWR for water-resistant protection, and a drawcord at the waist and elasticized cuffs ensure a snug fit. There are two zippered hand pockets and a stuff sack at the internal pocket so you can take this warm jacket anywhere.

- Q & A
Awesome jacket, funky fit?
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
- Fit: Runs large
- Size Bought: Large
I bought this for my boyfriend because I got sick of looking at his thin old down jacket. Arc'teryx is normally incredibly dependable but I was not as happy with this jacket.
I should start with the good because it is SO lightweight but warm. Dependably awesome quality like everything else Arc'teryx makes.
Most Arc'teryx in general runs a little small for most people but my boyfriend typically does not have issues so I ordered this in a large per usual. The jacket is also noted as a slim fit every site you're on. He is a bit broad in the shoulders and the jacket fit on the shoulders but was large and boxy everywhere else. The arms were too large and long. The chest was a little loose as well and the waist area was incredibly large to the point where it really looked like he was wearing a full size to big.
Large jacket is my size, but my sleeve length is 33.
Is it possible to alter the sleeve length?
I am going to get Cerium SV down jacket.
Is the Cerium SV longer towards the waist and the arms than the Cerium LT? Thx.
Center back length of a size large?
