Instinct 3.0 Running Shoe - Men's

The Men's Instinct 3.0 Running Shoe put Altra on the map, and this year it's back with a lighter weight and a more responsive ride. Its Zero Drop platform ensures a natural stride by positioning your heel and forefoot at the same distance from the ground, and the FootShape toe box allows your toes to relax, spread, and straighten for more speed and stability. Altra made the Instinct's upper out of quick-drying air mesh for extra comfort in warmer weather.

Underfoot, the Instinct 3.0 features an A-Bound midsole that reduces ground impact and returns energy to add a spring to your step. InnerFlex adds cushy EVA in a flexible pattern to ensure full mobility, and the Contour footbed works with the ultralight EVA to give moderate cushioning. The FootPod sole molds Altra's blown rubber to mirror your foot's bones and tendons for a more responsive ride.
