The table fits very snugly into the 5"x7"x32" shoulder carry bag. It is not a whole lot larger than a good sized camping chair when folded up, only a bit heavier.

Great table! It was very easy to set up. I used it to put our stove on and didn't think twice about it collapsing or blowing over (and we had some very strong winds). Just a hint - I put the bag through the middle support bar, so we knew right where it was when we were packing up.

The ALPS Mountaineering Square Dining Table is a must have for the serious car camping gourmand. The assembly is remarkably simple despite a seemingly complex design that allows the entire table to fold up into a stuff sack no larger than a good size camping chair. Once assembled the table is remarkably sturdy and has no problem handing a few cast iron pans, water jugs, and dinner for two.
