Complement any meal with AlpineAire's Cream of Broccoli Soup. If you own a cookstove or even just a pot and some matches, these freeze dried and dehydrated meals are the way to go. They're lightweight, compact, and super easy to prepare. The meals are packaged in resealable foil pouches. Most weigh between 5 and 7 ounces and offer 2 servings. To prepare a meal, just add a couple cups of hot water right to the pouch. A few minutes later you're ready to chow.
Bottom Line: That's just souper.

Used on two trips now and would use again, this is filling and easy to make, not bad tasting for instant meal with crackers in it.

Your question inspired me to try it so I did yesterday on the trail & it tastes great. You do need to water it down a bit to the consistency of milk or it will clump up & turn into something not only less palatable but a clean-up nightmare.
