The Alpina LXC MG Cross Country Touring Ski is an inexpensive Nordic ski built for the beginner. With a waxless base and light swing weight, they're low maintenance and user friendly. The Alpina wood core is durable and will maintain its camber for years, guaranteeing that you'll get consistent flex and glide season after season whether you like to ski every day of the winter or just a couple times a month. Alpina made the LXC MG Skis narrow enough that they're quick and easy to stride when you're on a groomed trail but wide enough to make learning easy.
Bottom Line: The Alpina LXC MG Cross Country Skis are a cheap way to get started skiing groomed trails.

We've been doing some really rugged, long distance skiing so we're really putting some mileage on our skis and they are performing great!
No problems with icing or sticking.
They handle great on all kinds of terrain.
