The Alpina ASC Carbon Pole is made from carbon fiber to be stiff and light, both things you'll appreciate when you're skiing hard. Genuine cork grips still give the best grip around whether wet or dry, and the ASC Carbon's got 'em. Baskets with cutouts cut out a little extra weight and still work just as well to prevent post-holing.
Bottom Line: Lighter, stiffer, faster!

Great pole. Super light and not too flexy. Wrist straps are great although could be a little bigger for my fat hands.
