74% of the Madison's material is "upcycled" (Alchemy Goods' term) bicycle inner tubes, the same rubber you trust between you and the road. For us, the term upcycled highlights the fact that these materials aren't being reused in their original role; rather, they're being repurposed in an imaginative way that capitalizes on their inherent qualities. The rubber protects your office supplies, books, or whatever else you're carting around from the elements.

The Madison has durable seatbelt straps and a flap and buckle closure that maximizes storage capacity when compared to a standard zippered closure. The interior features a 13-inch laptop sleeve, so you can safely carry anything from a slim notebook to a full-sized, graphic design machine. It also has three internal pockets and pen sleeves.
