The Airhole Lightweight Merino Ergo Airtube insulates your face and neck from frigid temperatures and blustery conditions. Fine-gauge merino wool ensures a silky-smooth feel to prevent irritation of sensitive facial skin, while also trapping toasty warmth. Plus, merino wool naturally prevents odor-causing microbes from building up. Best of all, the built-in Airhole ensures proper ventilation to prevent breath condensation from freezing solid around your mouth.

The cure for fogged up goggles

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: One Size

I've had a couple of these and this material is the most versatile I have used. Airhole masks are a must for me, as regular tubes tend to fog my goggles up when I cover my mouth and nose, which is no bueno. The mouth hole totally solves that problem.

If you are skiing in sub 10 degree weather, I would get a thicker version as the lightweight merino froze up a few times during one of those days recently. Not really an issue, mask still works, its just less comfortable when stiff. Performs beautifully in 15 degree plus weather though, and is light enough to wear on warmer days without getting too hot (hence the versatility). All around essential buy in my opinion...

    Merino makes it great.

Merino wool is such an amazing material. Lightweight and moisture wicking at its finest. This one is slightly lighter weight than the original merino airtube. The airhole keeps my breath moving and won’t allow the inside to freeze.
