The 1 7/8-inch diameter AIRE Oar Sleeve fits over a Cataract and Carlisle oar to protect its shaft from wear and tear. Couple this adjustable sleeve with the AIRE Brass Oar Lock and Oar Right (each sold separately) to keep your oar blades perpendicular to the water at all times.
