Touching on a classic, the Men's Freedom Toaster Jacket from Airblaster has clean lines, critical seams taped, and a tailored, long fit to make it a winter warrior that you can count on when the white stuff starts flying. Synthetic insulation helps to keep you nice and toasty, since toaster isn't just a clever play on your state of mind, and a powder skirt and thumbholes keep things in place while you send that line you've been scoping all morning.

Casual Jacket - great for layering
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: Runs large
- Size Bought: Small
I use this as a seasonal winter jacket since winter/spring 2015 (not snowboarding). Wearing a typical synthetic underlayer and longsleeve shirt or sweater, this jacket warm enough for 30-40 deg. F. on it's own. However, below freezing I recommend an additional layer, either a down vest or hoodie. It's good at resisting wind & snow; the below waist length & high collar helps greatly. Thumb loops are also helpful. A couple gripes: the zipper completely up and collar buttoned is incredibly stiff & uncomfortable against my neck & chin (a scarf helps cushion that mess) - also, I wish it had a double zipper so I could get into my pants pockets easier. Overall, a great jacket.
All around Airblaster fun!!
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: Runs large
- Size Bought: XL
This is the most versatile jacket I've owned. Wear it as is, and lap the park or ride groomers on those warm days. Wear it with a hoodie underneath, and you're ready for a storm. It fits a little long for extra coverage. Very simple, yet effective.
