Ahnu added the unique QuickLite lacing system to the Men's Tamalpais II Shoe, so you can just pull and go instead of messing around with your footwear at the trailhead. An integrated TPU shank increases support for heavy loads and makes rocky trails feel smooth, but it still allows a natural stride for trail running. Ahnu used aggressive QuickLite outsoles to help you take on any terrain with the Tamalpais II Shoes.
Bottom Line: Quick on your feet, quick on the trail.

These shoes are awsome! Very light and very good for trail hiking or biking. The treads grip my bike pedals great. The strap is 10X better than laces.

They're considered a medium or B width. Medium in most other shoes is considered a D width.

I like these shoes a lot, they've really become my primary shoe of late. They are super light and breathe amazingly so they are perfect on a hot dry Utah hike. Not quite as nice when you throw some moisture into the mix as the mesh uppers invite water in. The do dry pretty fast too though. Sturdy grippy soles, fast tie system... pretty hard to beat.
