If you just need a light weight med kit with the minimum included, this is it. It is very small and light weight, easy to fit into any pack and literally your pocket if you are a guy. Throw in a needle and some thread, and you can just about do surgery with this kit, but you probably should just stick to pulling splinters and curing headaches. Its a cool kit at a killer price.
