    Routine is queen.

Just because your work calls for you to travel between Los Angeles and New York at least three times this month doesn't mean you have to give up your workout routine. Crafted specifically to endure varying climates and temperatures, the Adidas Women's Supernova Sequence 9 Running Shoe is equipped with the high-tolerance boost midsole whose materials are incredibly temperature resistant. In addition to its versatile nature, the boost midsole ensures unrivaled energy return and terrific cushioning while the EVA Stableframe and Torsion System guides and supports the foot throughout heel-to-toe transitions. And, not to mention, the Continental Rubber sole provides paramount traction on sidewalks, treadmills, or those speedy workout sessions at the stadium.

    my feet are happy

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: 7.5

I recently got these shoes and took a walk and a run in them. I tend to pronate a little bit and the arch support in them is really helpful from rolling in on my arch when I step down. the Boost in them is really great! I can tell that the boost really doesn't switch from squishy to hard with the weather, which makes it a more consistent shoe for running, walking, and hiking. These will be my go to for a long time, I feel it in my gut... or feet! ha! :)

The fit is pretty true to size as well, they tie pretty tight around my foot and stay on without giving me blisters, I don't even feel like I need to break them in much more and I've only had them for about a week or so.

    A pop of color

I have only worn these a couple of times but so far, they seem to be great performance shoes. I love the pink accent color and the grey and black give them a sleek look. The reflective features on the shoes really pop in the evening and early morning runs which is so great.

As for initial performance impressions; they are a little stiff around the ankle but I am sure that will break in after a few more runs. The boost midsole is really comfortable and I really enjoy the cushion feel. I'm looking forward to breaking these shoes in more as I can tell they will become a favorite running shoe.

    Comfortable out of the box

I have been wearing the Adidas Supernova Sequence shoes for the past 10 years - through 5Ks, half marathons, marathons and on the trail. I was excited to pick these up because the boost technology is supposed to give your shoes a longer life. The fit feels comparable to the other supernova sequence models I've worn and the reflective side panels are a bonus. I'm looking forward to putting some miles on these and seeing how the boost technology holds up over time. So far I have about 60 miles on these.

I only do 5 stars if I have put it through the wringer. Also,
these are a meant for striking with your heel and rolling to your toe. I run more on the ball of my foot, so it will be interesting to see how quickly I wear them down.

I have been pleasantly surprised by these. I don't know why I thought Adidas was just for looks, but these are really good performance shoes.

So, the Boost idea is that keeps it's buoyancy and even gives you some extra bounce. So far, it seems to be working. I definitely feel bounce in these. How long it will last? Not sure. I definitely need more miles in them.

While the toe box isn't wide, it is surprisingly roomy for how narrow the shoe looks. I really hate it when my toes are squished together and I feel like I'm running in heels. I like using my toes, when I run, for balance and spring. So, this generous toe box has been very nice for me.

I love the reflective tape. It doesn't look like anything, but most of the shoe is reflective, which is very awesome. The arch support is normal. Not too much, not too little. They haven't given me any pinching in my knees, which happens with some shoes. Nor do I have any hot spots, but that usually happens over mile 5, which I haven't done yet.

This has been a really comfortable, responsive shoe. I will update this review, as I use them more. They are true to size.
