Tis The Season

  • Familiarity:I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit:True to size

I got these slippers for family members this year for Christmas and they were a hit. All of the above have contacted me about these and trust me when I say, that never happens. I hear they have been this football season's "go to".

Durability and warmth that you can even check the mail in, what more could you possibly ask for from a slipper?

I've had mine for a year now

Excellent slippers. They are very comfortable, and manage to keep my feet warm during cold Eastern European winters. I wear them practically everyday and they show now signs of falling apart. Highly recommend.

These slippers are both warm and comfortable. I wear a size 10-10.5 shoe and the large is a good size for me. My heel pops out if I wear them to the store, but I know the mediums wouldn't allow my feet to relax completely. The edges of the sole do taper down a little bit, which gives you a slight feeling of toe pack if you walk in them often. Although the sole is rubber, the black rim around the slipper is suede. I wouldn't wear them outside if it's excessively wet. No arch support, but these are great for wearing at home and on the occasional beer run when required.

    Slipper Heaven!

I love house slippers. I cannot stand cold feet in the winter. In the past my solution has been to buy cheap $10 pairs. They got the job done, but would completely fall apart after 8-12 months of use. I decided to see what a few extra bucks would get me in slipper quality. I've only had them for about a day but I can already tell they are the best slippers I have ever owned. The fit is great, I usually wear 8.5 - 9 in shoe size. I got the medium and they feel very roomy but not too loose. I don't like super tight house slippers. The sole is flexible but substantial enough to block moisture. I walked outside on a wet driveway to bring the garbage cans inside, and my feet stayed bone dry. The memory foam padding makes you feel like you are almost walking on air. Very squishy and comfortable. And the best part, these things keep your feet toasty warm. They even come with a nicely constructed hanger, for storage in the summer months.

These slippers are a classic case of getting what you pay for. If you are looking for a nice pair of slippers, don't hesitate to spend the extra money. You'll be happy you did.

      Great Comfy House Shoes

I was a little weary with buying these without being able to try them on. I decided to buy them anyways, and they are great! They are extremely comfortable, both with and without socks. The fleece they are made of, is black with tiny flecks of gray in it. Very comfy. Also, the soles are just right. We live in Ohio, so winters around here are -- interesting. I have worn these outside on both wet pavement and snow, and even with deep snow, I did not feel any wetness on my feet. Very happy with my first pair of Acorns. Will definitely keep Acorn in mind in the future.
