    These pants are brilliant.
Great fit and look really good on. They are super warm and the inners are nice so you can wear them without the pants around the chalet.
Am very happy with this buy! I haven't worn them out in rain/snow so not sure how waterproof they are yet but no complaints so far!

I LOVE THESE PANTS!! I over nighted them before the blizzard of the North East, best idea ever. The snow was up to my hip in some spots. I was really warm I felt like summer. I have never owned pants like these. The fit was great loved the detail. My only problem was a guy saw the brand and thought it was just 69.

      Super warm...and I'm NEVER warm!

My boyfriend bought these as a Christmas gift for me. I was skeptical of the inner liner idea as I've never found two-in-one's to be particularly effective, but 686 seems to have gotten it right with the Smarty pant. The pant is VERY comfortable, on and off the slopes and the warmest ski/snowboard pant I've ever worn. Dealing with undoing the outer snaps and zipper in conjunction with the inner liner snaps and tie can be cumbersome (don't have too many beers apres before hitting the ladies room!), but for someone who runs cold in the heat of summer, this pant is a godsend. The plethora pf pockets is convenient and the quality of the stitching and construction is really top-notch. The velcro waist tabs offer more customization for me given that I have a smaller waist and curvy hips. The pant is not particularly slimming given that it IS two pants in one, but I can live with the styling given that it's otherwise comfortable, warm and functional. I'm so pleased with the comfort, warmth and performance of this pant that I'm actually planning to purchase a pair in black to go with my ski instruction uniform!
