Let's face it—looking good at the mountain matters. Those boxy snowboard pants that you wore last year just make you look like a dude. This is the year to step up the style. Step it way up with the 686 Women's Reserved Secret Softshell Pant. The Secret's slim fit and 5-pocket jean style mean you won't have to hear people say 'man, that guy can ride!' when you fly by.

The Secret's face fabric uses a stretchy polyester and elastane blend for flex and 686's Infidry 10K membrane for a bit of protection when the snow starts to roll in. The lining's polyester microfleece feels super soft when you go commando in the spring. 686 hooked up the Smarty with other cool features, too—like the large cargo pockets and lower leg reinforced Cordura kick patches to protect the legs from sharp ski edges. Of course, when it comes to style, it's tough to beat the Secret's slim fit and 5-pocket jean look.

  • Infidry membrane (10K/8K)
  • 220g fleece backing
  • Slim fit, regular rise

Love them

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

These pants are awesome! the fit is great. The legs are perfect, the waist is true to size. I do wear a belt with them. I got the medium and am 5'3 130. Throw on a pair of shorts under these babies and you are good to run, hike or snowboard in 20 degrees. Definitely recommend these pants!

Slim fit, but TOO slim!

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs small

I loved the style of these and was looking for a sleeker silhouette in my next pair of pants. Plus, I loved the gray snakeskin print! I ordered these in a medium. To my surprise they were WAY too skinny in the legs, even for me who stands 5'9 and weights 128 lbs. My skinny little legs were even too big for these pants! I could barely bend my legs these pants were so tight at the knees. And the way they are cut, they ride very low on the hips so that when if you are able to bend over, your ass hangs out... not exactly what I want when I'm riding in cold and snowy weather. You could wear a belt but then the material bunches up and gives you a very unflattering look from the back. All in all I was not happy with these and am sadly returning. They are super cute but not functional at all.
