Grom smash. Grom crush.

4FRNT's Grom Ski is built for kids who will not be bound long by edgie wedgies and leashes, because with its easy-turning shape, your little ripper will be laying down turns in no time. Its foam core gives a lightweight and snappy feel, which is great for little legs, and the classic camber gives the ski a really solid, controlled feel on groomers. Its tough cap construction will handle concrete and back-of-SUV knocks. And your shredder will appreciate the twintip design and enviable graphics.

My son got his new skis last year and loved them. He is a 9 year old 4th grader that spend 50% on and 50% off trail at Alta.
Took his skiing to the next level, cant stop looking at his skis.
Thanks BC

Are these a beginner ski or are they ok for more advanced kids?

Id say this is a more beginner kids ski, or an intermediate-advanced kids park ski. A more advanced ski would be It has an actual wood core and sandwich construction underfoot making it much stiffer and it will hold an edge better, though tougher to turn for someone learning.

What bindings would you recommend for these skis ?

Hey there,
You will want to make sure the binding you choose has a DIN range that is adequate for your kids ability and weight. With what we have in stock currently I would recommend the Marker Free Ten Ski Binding. The DIN ranges from 3-10 which provides plenty of range for beginners up to intermediate skiers. The 85mm brake would fit these skis the best.

You could also checkout the Look SPX 10, Tyrolia Peak 11, and Salomon STH Ten. Currently none of the brake widths we have in stock in these bindings would be ideal for the width of this ski.
