The 45NRTH Vanhelga Tubeless Fat Bike Tires have taller, widely spaced knobs for the best traction in loose conditions—including fresh snow. Made with the same dual-compound rubber as the more well-known Husker Du tires, the Vanhelgas feature harder 52a rubber on the shoulders for improved cornering grip and stability. In the center, they use a softer 60a rubber compound for prime traction on any surface. Available in 60tpi and 120tpi versions, the Vanhelgas are reinforced for effective tubeless applications so that you can lose the weight of heavy fat bike tubes and drastically reduce the chances of having to stop to fix a puncture while you’re having fun in the snow or dirt. The aggressive lugs of the tread pattern feature taller blocks and traction-enhancing sipes that are spaced widely for deeper penetration into whatever you’re rolling over.
