I bought a small at 5'7" 165lbs and it was so ridiculously tight I couldn't even pull them over my butt. I returned them. I am a bodybuilder though, and my thighs are 22-24" depending on my weight. My current weight is around 180lbs so I'm hoping a medium fits.

At 5'6" 116lbs I ordered the size xsmall. It takes an act of Congress to actually get them on which is almost enough to keep me from using them. Yes, it is that much of a pain! However, once they are on!..ohh lala! They are fantastic. I use them after I cycle, and my tired legs feel instantly supported and less fatigued. As tight and difficult as they are to get on, they are actually quite comfy on and do not squeeze or bind your tummy. Love them and hate them, but not giving them up.....but I am ordering just the compression legs....for those days when the effort of getting them on is just not worth it. As a side note, I also have the same brand compression knickers. I ordered them one size up, and while they are comfy and easy to get on, they don't give me the same relief as they are a size bigger. So don't be tempted to go bigger for easier insertion! suck it up and enjoy the reward, once you get them on! (they get a 4 only because they are such a pain to get on).


    Love these compression tights. I wear these after a hard workout, on rest days, or traveling across the country. It keeps the blood flowing and the lactic acid away, helping me to recover faster and keep pushing myself in the next workout. I am 5' 11" 160lbs. 33" waist/inseam. I bought the medium size and the fit is great!!!

    Unanswered Question

    I'm 5'8 and weigh 133 pounds, so according to the sizing chart I'm right in between the XS and SM size categories. I'm thinking I should err on the side of the XS to make sure I make the most out of the compression capabilities of these tights, but would love people's advice here. Thanks
